I've been working in AKSS for nearly a decade since the plant in construction phase. AKSS since then progressed our business steadily after year. we had concurred various stages of our plant operation, from phase 1 commercialization to phase 2 commercializaton and now, capacity expansionproject automotive industry.

As an indiviadual, I witnessed the growth of AKSS, as wwll as the progression of my career in production department.
Beginning as a plant expatriates, I could completely deliver my best to our organization.
Very fortunately I’ve been promoted to manegerial position recently.

As new company in Singapore since 2012 into emerging business of Synthetic Rubber with sustainable solution as business principle and produce environmentally friendly product to public match group slogan "Creating for tomorrow", AKSS ensure the product quality and safety by its own stick safety and quality principles, this culture make me think of look for Japanese product when buy anything to my personal use as well and proud to be part team always.

The working culture in AKSS with inclusiveness , teamwork, collective effort to take the challenge of solve the problem and freedom to propose improvement are inspire me to continue long journey of commissioning three lines and continue to improve the system and progress from maintenance executive to manager.

Involvement of all the great employees as a team to solve the problem and take preventive measure give the comfortable situation to handle challenging task with WILL.
