One of it was to promote \u201crenewable energy\u201d. And with this in mind, \u201cREI expo\u201d started in 2007 and this year was its\u2019 11<sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" color=\"#000000\"> year. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\" face=\"Calibri\">APS has been targeting specific applications such as Office Automation (OA), Automotive, Photovoltaics(PV), water, rechargeable batteries. The PV market in India is growing rapidly with the governments\u2019 help, and it is expected to become a big market in the future. Therefore, APS decided to exhibit this REI exhibition in cooperation with Asahi Kasei India (AKI) in order to raise the profile of Asahi Kasei performance plastics, gather the latest trends in the Indian market and expand the sales of performance plastics for PV and rechargeable batteries applications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\" face=\"Calibri\">The exhibition consisted of Asahi Kasei\u2019s history, performance plastics, PV, rechargeable batteries and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis.
